CHRISTCHURCH Gondola Passes Gondola Operating Hours: The Christchurch Gondola is open from 10am to 9pm daily until 30 April 2009.
From 1 May - 31 August 2009 our new operating hours are as follows:
10am - 6pm, Sunday - Wednesday
10am - 9pm, Thursday - Saturday

Walk the Port Hills
A half-day self-guided walk on the Port hills suitable for most fitness levels.
Your ticket includes:
- Bus fare from the inner city to Gondola
- Gondola ride to summit
- Use of Gondola Top Station facilities
- Detailed walking map
- Self-guided walk to the seaside town of Sumner (allow 3 hours)
- Pint of beer, glass of wine or juice in Sumner
- Bus fare to inner city from Sumner.

Pinnacle Restaurant
Ride the Gondola to the Summit Station, where you will find the Pinnacle Restaurant. Dine in style from our A La Carte menu, while enjoying the stunning views from the top of the Port Hills. From the 500m (1500’) elevation, you can be seated to look out over the Canterbury Plains with Pegasus Bay to the north and west, or over the volcanic peaks of Banks Peninsula to Lyttleton Harbour and beyond. With windows designed to minimize the division between indoors and outdoors, you will feel as if you are floating above the landscape.
The Pinnacle Restaurant is an ideal setting for weddings and functions, and can be hired for events.
