ANNUAL Pass MEMBERSHIP CONditions
- Cards are not transferable or refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
- Family Pass is valid for two adults and up to three children, aged 15yrs and under. Both adults must present their pass to staff on arrival. Each adult is issued with a personalised ID card, these cannot be transferred.
- Your pass is only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be noted on your card.
- For safety reasons children under the age of 15 must not ride the Tram or Gondola alone. Safety regulations stipulate that an adult must accompany children at all times.
- Annual Passes must be shown to Tram and Gondola staff upon arrival. At the Gondola, safety regulations state we must record how many customers are at the Top Station at all times. We appreciate your assistance and kindly ask that you wait for a staff member to view your pass before entering the cabin queue. Thank you!
- Cards remain the property of the Christchurch Tram and Gondola, and we reserve the right to cancel membership at any time.
- LOST CARD: We are happy to replace lost cards for a re-issue fee of only $5. See our friendly staff for assistance.
